Holding on through forty eventful years-through the swinging sixties, the turbulent seventies, the anything-goes eighties, the nothing’s –impossible nineties-the women will take the plunge into the chaos that inevitably comes to those with the temerity to be alive and kicking.

About the author: Lorna is a Minnesota native who actually began her career as a stand-up comedian in San Francisco and L.A. After returning to Minnesota with her family, she attempted the written word with her first book, Patty Jane’s House of Curl , being published in 1996. She has since written nine novels and continues to act in local improvisational theater. She also co-hosts a radio book club with columnist Gail Rosenblum.
